- Learning activity: course enrollments, progress, quiz results, certificates, notes, support requests.
- Communications: emails, chat messages, reviews/ratings, forms.
- Team/Bulk licensing (if applicable): organization name, assigned seats and administrators.
Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, device type, browser, OS, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, language, approximate location (city/country), error logs.

Information from third parties
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal): payment status, last 4 digits, card brand, transaction ID.

- Team accounts: if your access is provided by an organization, limited account/usage data may be visible to its administrators for seat management.

4) International transfers

- Account and learning records: while your account is active and up to 3 years after last activity.

When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
